Important Shipping Information
New Balance offers FREE delivery on all orders over $300 for registered member.
- Packages are delivered via Kerry Express.
- No delivery on weekends or holidays.
- In-stock orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are received.
- All orders received for in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days.
- To ship to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each shipping address. You can do this by placing individual orders online or by calling Customer Care to place the orders for you.
- New Balance reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud and resale.
Pick Up In Store
You can choose our buy online and ship to shore service. We will deliver your order to your designated store within 2-3 business days. Once the goods have arrived at the store, we will notify you by phone call for pickup.
Upon receiving the notification, please visit the store with your email confirmation within 7 days (including holidays) to pick up your order. If you fail to pick up the goods within 7 days, the items will be processed as returns, and the return and refund process will be handled by New Balance on your behalf.
